About
Monica Bullock-Green, Founder & Principal of MBG Strategy & Design.
I am an educator, equity practitioner, facilitator and organizational strategist with 20 years of experience helping people and organizations navigate complexity and change.
Throughout my career, I have led communities of practice, facilitated difficult conversations, convened groups ranging from three to more than 300 people, and designed and led strategic planning processes.
My work sits at the intersection of people, systems and change.
I have supported organizational and departmental redesign, mapped and improved processes, developed leaders, and created professional learning experiences that help people turn ideas into practice. Practical, collaborative and people-centered. Good organizational change requires both strong systems and meaningful attention to the people experiencing the change.
